This is a safe and sacred introduction into the powerful world of Kundalini Yoga.
Kundalini Yoga is often called "the yoga of awareness" — it combines breathwork, movement, mantra, meditation, and energetic locks to awaken the dormant energy within you and bring balance to the mind, body, and soul.

No. Kundalini Yoga is not about complicated poses. It’s accessible to all bodies and levels.
Q: What if I can’t make all 4 classes?
You’re welcome to attend individual classes, but full participation will give you the most benefit and understanding.
Q: Is this a religious practice?
Kundalini Yoga is a spiritual science, not a religion. People of all backgrounds are welcome.
