Lilo & Stitch Emotional Wellness Workshop: Celebrating Difference, Belonging & Connection
Join us for a magical, heart-centered journey at my Emotional Wellness Workshop: The power of Ohana - inspired by the story of Lilo & Stitch — a heartfelt space where children can explore what it means to be different, to belong, and to be loved just as they are.
Through creative activities, guided conversations, and mindfulness practices, we’ll celebrate the power of being uniquely ourselves, while learning how to build healthy, supportive friendships rooted in compassion and acceptance.
Together we will:
Explore themes of friendship, empathy, and emotional safety
Create expressive art that honors identity and inner strength
Talk about what it means to be included and valued nurturing a sense of belonging
Foster connection through group engagement on the day
Date: Saturday 14th June
Time: 2:00-3:30pm

Ages: 5-12 years
Cost: €30 per child
This therapeutic workshop is a safe space for all children — to be seen, heard, and celebrated. With the warmth and wisdom of Lilo & Stitch, we remind kids that difference is beautiful, and belonging is something we create together.
