Classes developed using accessible and adaptive strengthening and stretching movements to support whole back health, from the bone to muscle, and everything in between.

Beneficial for recovery, resilience and flexibility; inclusive for anyone experiencing chronic conditions by offering individual modifications and encouraging a more personalized practice.
