Autumn Equinox Workshop with Lila Rasa

Join Lila Rasa as we cross the threshold into the darker half of the year and experience the New Moon Eclipse in Virgo. We’ll focus on practices and rituals that support our shift into the Autumn Season and integrate the eclipse cycle, moving with conscious connection to breath, embodying clear alignment and action in asana, and going deeply within to honor what is sacred. We’ll explore the wisdom of the astrological and elemental seasons, as well as call upon the archetypal energies that support this rite of passage practice. This sadhana will include pranayama, mantra, and meditation techniques that resonate with the energy of the Equinox. Please bring a journal for guided reflections!
