Outdoor Worship and Ice Cream Sunday

The Level Green Presbyterian Church will be hosting their annual Ice Cream Sunday on July 27.

Join us for our outdoor worship at 9:00am. There will be outdoor seating available and those attending are also welcome to bring their own picnic blankets or lawn chairs. The church invites the community to then stay and join them for a free ice cream sundae buffet on the front lawn afterwards at 10:00am.

The theme for Ice Cream Sunday is “Caring for the Kids in Our Community”. The fun morning is not only a celebration of ice cream but also tries to highlight and bring awareness to those in our community who work every day helping kids. Local first responders and therapy dog teams will be there to visit. There will also be face painting and crafts for the kids.

Everyone attending is encouraged to bring a new teddy bear with them. The teddy bears will be given to the Blackburn Center and to the first responders to use to comfort kids during traumatic situations.
