Goals: How to Set and Achieve Them is workshop where participants learn about 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱 and 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺. This free 45-minute workshop will be practical and hands-on, so you can leave with tools that you can use. Goal setting can help with any area of life - even when times are tough. Motivation and follow though can be challenging, so making a plan now will help out in the long run. This workshop is for anyone who wants to build their skills in setting good goals and then making a plan to stay motivated all the way through to achievement!

The workshop will be held at the Littell Partin Center in Tracy City, and childcare is available.
