The mission of Poetry at the Palisades is to support poets who live in or have ties to Baltimore at every stage of their careers, regardless of outlook, race, gender, sexuality, or style. We reject hate in all its forms and reserve the right to exclude hateful speech or work from our gatherings. Meeting the second Sunday of each month, we offer a supportive space for established poets as well as writers just introducing their work. We aim to feature some of the best poetry being produced locally or anywhere.

Featured readers are invited to bring books to sell.
