Starting June 7th, Join Updog Studios every Saturday at 9am for Yoga in the Greenhouse! — an energizing all-levels class set in a beautiful, plant-filled space. Practicing yoga in nature helps reduce stress, improve flexibility and balance, and boost mental clarity.
This class is open to everyone. No membership is required to attend, HOWEVER Updog students do receive a special promo!
Tickets are $25 for non-members and can be purchased online or at the door.
