Join us as we learn how to make one of Herbalism’s favorite remedies!

Used since the Middle Ages but re-introduced in the 70’s by Rosemary Gladstar, the “Godmother of Western Herbalism”, Fire Cider has been used to fight inflammation, boost the immune system and strengthen digestion. A popular remedy through cold & flu season it is a true “food as medicine” remedy with an apple cider vinegar base. You will learn the benefits of each ingredient offered and learn how to personalize it to fit your needs.

This demonstrative class includes an information sheet and sample to take home!
