Join me for a gentle yoga session designed to relax your body, calm your mind, and bring you back into balance. Whether you're new to yoga or simply looking for a slower-paced, mindful practice – this class is for you.

Gentle yoga supports both physical and mental wellbeing – helping improve flexibility, release tension, and reduce stress. It's a lovely way to unwind after a busy day and reconnect with yourself.
