Mental Health First Aid Training
Join us for a Mental Health First Aid Training for adults! It'll be Saturday, July 19th from 9am to 3:30pm at Montville UMC.

Are you interested in learning more about mental health and how to support others in times of crisis? This nationally recognized training will equip you with the tools to recognize signs of mental health struggles, offer initial support, and connect people to appropriate care. It’s designed for anyone — no prior experience needed — and could make a real difference in someone’s life.
