TREVOR LOCK – REALITY GAMES – CREATIVITY & MINDFULNESS WORKSHOP

Reality Games is a unique creative workshop with comedian Trevor Lock. Designed to perturb your reality ever so slightly in a fun and gentle way to expand the way you see yourself, others and the world.

The aim of Reality Games is to encourage individuals to do more of what they want and less of what they don’t want. This workshop invites participants to make small, manageable changes to their daily routines, focusing on enhancing physical, mental, and emotional well-being to boost productivity and creativity.

The point is to have fun, but it might also help you break free from old patterns and see life through fresh eyes, discover new perspectives and creative strategies, overcome procrastination, start and complete your existing projects, generate material for your own art practice and experience the joy of shared exploration and growth.
