"I find the combination of qigong, bodywork and inner enquiry to be very engaging and provids me with a space to reflect and process with take away tools to work with at home. This all together is helping me to release stress and tension from my body, listen more deeply to how my body is and cultivate space for connection and calm. "
"As someone who used to do a lot of yoga to feel calm and connected, but now can't so well due to mobility issues, qigong has offered me a more gentle alternative that I can do comfortably with my level of mobility. Doing this in the woods is extremely precious and I feel how the woodland and the earth really supports and enhances the practice."
"a strong sense of belonging and connection."
"...greater connection to myself physically where I discover how to move in a way which requires less effort and I feel more ease. "
" I continue to feel that my energy and wellbeing is more stable. These insights and practice continue to support my wellbeing. "
