OldEEs dismounted workshop and demo

Ridden demo followed by dismounted workshop, all welcome even if not over 60! It's very helpful to learn the precise movements of the lower back and pelvis and synchronisation with the horse's movement even off the horse! And it's sometimes easier to clarify the aids on foot!
£25 pp bring own lunch but tea/coffee and biscuits etc supplied.
