Mystic Whirling

A Solstice Celebration! Whirl with the planets on this special day.

The sacred practice of whirling has been used by Sufis and mystics for centuries to achieve a state of ecstatic union with the divine. While seemingly exotic and strange it is actually accessible and simple to practice.

This class will help you discover the art of whirling for yourself and features original music designed to accompany the practice. No experience of dance or meditation is required, just an open mind and a spirit of curiosity.

£10 cash on the day.
