Tegoroczny Plebiscyt Toruńskie Gwiazdy, organizowany wspólnie z Radiem Gra, będzie jubileuszowym. Po raz dwudziesty zostaną uhonorowani artyści, którzy budują markę miasta poprzez swoją działalność. Przyznane zostaną nagrody dla DJ-a roku, nadziei roku, wykonawcy roku oraz za płytę.

Gala rozdania nagród zakończy się koncertem legendarnej Paktofoniki – muzycznym powrotem do ważnych dla wielu pokoleń brzmień. Raperzy Fokus i Rahim, którzy po prawie 20 latach podjęli decyzję o kontynuacji swojej przygody z muzyką, wykonają swoje największe utwory w całkiem nowych aranżacjach.
