As we gear up for the fall season we are excited to be offering for the very first time a Fall Tune-up Skills camp with professional, expert trainers. This is an opportunity for both both Field Players and Goalkeepers to start their fall seasons off on the proper foot. As with all the camps we host, the purpose is to provide the technical foundation that gives our kids greater confidence and creativity with the ball so they can be more effective players and teammates and enjoy the game even more!
Our 2025 Fall Tune-up Skills Camp includes professional training from the very best in the area. Coach Ashley Flanigan owns and operates Fundamental Futball, a highly-regarded local soccer academy in Torrance. You can learn more about it here. Coach Ashley grew up locally, played soccer at Torrance High and then at the collegiate level. She has over 20 years of professional coaching experience. Coach Ashley is joined by Coach Mitch North who has over ten years of collegiate and professional playing experience in the US and abroad. He has played goalkeeper on the Portland Timbers, Central Valley Fuego, and Orange County Soccer Club. Coach Mitch has also spent over a decade coaching, both privately and in team settings. He owns and operates Northstar Soccer Academy, serving Santa Monica and the Southbay. You can learn more about it here. The camp will be held from 9am-12pm, Monday August 11th to Friday August 15th at Anza Elementary: 21400 Ellinwood Dr, Torrance, CA 90503. Camp entrance will be on the south side of the school off of Lenore St. Cost is $200 for five, 3-hour sessions, plus a nominal $25 AYSO 25-26 annual membership fee if you haven't already paid it through a separate program. This camp is tailored for both field player and goalkeepers. All camp participants will get field player skills training. Players interested in improving their goalkeeper skills, even if they are just starting, will participate in goalie break out sessions each day.
