You can join us for one session or come to all three — whatever fits your schedule!

Together, we’ll explore:

✨ Menstrual cycle overview — phases, what’s normal, what’s not
✨ Product options — from pads to cups, what really works
✨ How to talk to your daughter with ease and care
✨ Interactive activities + Q&A to get your questions answered
✨ Plus, we’ll be making your own personalized period kits!
