🌌Join us and fellow medical, mental health, and wellness professionals for "Caring for Caretakers Breathwork Ceremony" where you can expand your breath, network, and take care of yourself in one harmonious experience led by Hiram, your breathwork coach. ✨

• Sacred Breathwork: A fusion of ancient Prana Yama and modern techniques to oxygenate your body + elevate your mind.
• Resonant Guidance: —Experience somatic release techniques to interrupt fight-or-flight cycles, vagus nerve activation through rhythmic breath and buffalo drum, and non-ordinary states (NOSC) for deep emotional unwinding, then melting into a deep, healing soundbath meditation.
• Original Ceremony Music: Live rhythms from H.E.2 (Hiram’s band with his brother/producer) + immersive soundscapes from their album Respirae.

🌿 Come nurture yourself—in breath, music, and sacred space.

• Bring a pillow to sit on or for your knees, a blanket, and an eye mask for comfort.
• Wear loose fitting and comfortable clothing and socks, it might get cool.

• Location: Hillside Village, 24520 Hawthorne Blvd, Torrance, CA (See map below)
• Parking: Ample street level and roofed parking with entrances on Hawthorne Blvd, Newton Street, and Park Street.
• Group Size: Limited to 10 participants — sign up quickly to secure your spot!
• Donation-Based: Contribute what you can, making wellness accessible to everyone.

• These practices are known to alleviate anxiety.
• Regulate blood pressure
• Expand your mental boundaries, offering a glimpse into psychedelic-like experiences.

• Avoid eating 1-2 hours prior.
• Come hydrated, it is not advised to drink water during the ceremony as we will be lying down. Try not drinking water for the whole ceremony unless completely necessary.
• PLEASE do not wear or bring anything with strong scents or perfumes.

Welcome! Say hello! Come on in, take your shoes off and leave them in office 101 across the hall from office 102, pick a yoga mat, and get settled. Please use the bathroom at this time, if needed. Once we're settled I'll introduce myself and invite everyone to the Heart Circle where you will be invited to: 1) say your name, 2) share an emotion and where it’s centered in the body and, 2) share our intention or why we came in a few words or pass, it’s cool, we’ll have time to share afterwards also, if you are ready then.
