About this Event


Champagne Shimmy is a night of bellydance, connecting your mind to your body, surrounded with Feminine Love. Experience the intimacy of bonding with powerful women through dance and fitness.
Bellydance Class:
Enjoy a full hour of bellydancing - a unique invigorating full-body Belly Dance inspired workout that promises to tighten up your curves and unleash your feminine spirit by tapping into an ancient art form and a unique combination of strength, flexibility, and dance technique.
The class will be followed by a champagne toast, chocolate, and berries.

About the Instructor:
Shannon Lewallen is an Award-Winning Professional Belly dancer and Instructor. Shannon grew up as a gymnast and classically trained ballerina. In High School, she directed her attention to Athletics and went on to compete for the University of Southern California Track Team as a Pole Vaulter and Heptathlete. While recovering from a Pole Vault injury post-graduation, Shannon discovered Bellydancing and joined an International Dance Company, performing around the world for 6 years.
Shannon moved on to perform as a soloist and develop her own belly dancer teaching method, @RAQSHIMMY, designed to help women get in touch with their bodies while tightening and toning their curves.
