TORBAY U3A FILM CLUB - 'A FISH CALLED WANDA' - TUESDAY 20TH MAY - FILM STARTS 7PM. The film for this month on Tues 20th is 'A Fish Called Wanda' starring John Cleese, Kevin Kline, Michael Palin & Jamie Lee Curtis.

Wanda a con artist, who tries to double-cross her lover & the two other members of the gang with whom she conducts a diamond heist. However, her plans go awry when she falls in love.

Rated as one of the best comedies of all time due to the spectacular cast particularly, Kelvin Kline as Otto the moronic CIA Agent who is too stupid to realise that he is stupid! Called a pitch perfect modern screwball comedy, mixing romance & noir elements in a hilarious tale of criminal incompetence & transatlantic eccentricity.
