Summer Meeting of The Friends of Cockington

We're getting things ready for the next meeting of The Friends of Cockington Country Park (FCCP). It's being held at the Cockington Visitor Centre (in the village centre).

EVERYONE is welcome to attend in person - space is limited and we need to know who's coming to get an idea of numbers as soon as possible. Thanks.

Also, if you have SOMETHING YOU WANT ON THE AGENDA* you are agreeing to attend the meeting (OR send someone in your place) to speak to the item you have placed on the agenda.

*The Secretary and the Chair reserve the right to have the final say on whether or not an item shall be allowed onto the agenda.

The Chair is obliged to think about time constraints; whether there is someone present to speak to the proposed agenda item and whether it is relevant to the business of the FCCP.
