Move your body to a dynamic mix of great music rhythms to inspire invigoration, self awareness healing and fun in a safe non judgmental environment.
It’s about being who you are in the space, beat - within the rhythm in the moment.
The body is a vessel for the soul’s expression and movement is a powerful tool for personal transformation.
I will be facilitating a safe, peaceful sensory enhancing space ~
The session will start with a gentle warm up, stretch to get the blood circulating and body prepped, gentle guided meditation to help get relax and connect us to heart centre ~ Intention setting and off we go to liberate ourselves on the dance floor & see where the energy takes you!

No verbal communication (chatting) on the dance floor other than encouraging sounds, Jeering, laughter, and sounds of excitement all encouraged!
