This session offers gentle, accessible stretches that can be done standing, sitting, or on the floor. We will move slowly and mindfully with the breath, helping to improve mobility, balance, and gently strengthen weaker muscles.
This session is especially supportive if youβre:

- Recovering from illness
Living with pain or managing a long-term health condition
Wanting a gentle return to movement
Or simply looking for connection, a friendly space, and a chat
