The summer solstice marks a powerful shift from darkness into light, celebrating the longest day of the year.
We are also part of this shift, which holds an energy for us to lean into to let go of what no longer serves us, to move forwards, in opening ourselves to fresh beginnings & versions of ourselves that awaits us.
We will journey together using conscious connected breathwork, in rounds with music, to bring awareness to our nervous system, that may hold limiting beliefs, unseen parts of ourselves that are ready to be held to move on.
This breathwork technique can also contribute to altered states of consciousness, where we can receive guidance from ourselves & beyond.

The breathwork journey will take place on Thursday 19th June, in the pre solstice energy, giving you the space to connect with yourself before heading into the official solstice date on the 21st of June.

- Yoga mats are provided but please bring a blanket & anything you need to be comfortable as we will be laying down
