 One in four working women in Canada reaches menopause, yet this topic is often surrounded by silence and stigma. In this session, we will speak openly about the physical and mental changes associated with menopause and discuss strategies to manage these changes both professionally and personally. The goal is to break taboos, share knowledge, and create a supportive environment
