Whimsical Woodland Felting with Erin Hurst

Step into the Curiosa Common Room for a cosy evening of crafting and conversation as you explore the magical art of needle felting.

In this hands-on workshop, artist (and mushroom enthusiast!) Erin Hurst will guide you through the process of sculpting soft fibres into a charming amanita mushroom. Along the way, you’ll learn the basics of needle felting, from shaping and layering fibres to adding rich colour and detail.

Whether you’re brand new to felting or already familiar with the craft, you’ll leave with your own unique mushroom creation - perfect as a whimsical keepsake or a playful cat toy. Join us in our enchanting space to chat about our love for fungi friends, furry familiars, and experience the joy of making something magical together.
