Wednesday Confidence Program (Cosburn Middle School) Ages 11-14

Hello East York! is so excited to be hosting their newly revised Confidence Building Program at Cosburn Middle School and welcomes girls + non-binary youth ages 11-14 to join their interactive six-week confidence and self-esteem building program FOR FREE! Work with empowering female leaders and mentors as we cover various topics including confidence building, self esteem, positive body image, media literacy, friendship, goal-setting and MORE in a fun group setting! Whether you come with a friend or leave making new ones, we promise this is a girls group you will want to be a part of.

Program Dates:

• Wednesday October 1 - 3:30 - 5:15pm EST
• Wednesday October 8 - 3:30 - 5:15pm EST
• Wednesday October 15 - 3:30 - 5:15pm EST
• Wednesday October 22 - 3:30 - 5:15pm EST
• Wednesday October 29 - 3:30 - 5:15pm EST
• Wednesday November 5 - 3:30 - 5:15pm EST

Activities include making dream boards, creating affirmation bracelets, having open discussions on positive body image, and making new friends in a safe and inspiring space. This class is open to residents of Ontario who identify as female or are non-binary, between the ages of 11-14.
