Meet Masashi Yamamoto, one of Japan's greatest knife makers, and see him forge knives in Toronto! Known for his distinct, slick blades, world-class craftsmanship and blazingly sharp edges, Masashi-san is one of the most skilled blacksmiths of our time. He'll also be custom-engraving his knives* for folks on-site!
