Thursday Confidence Program (North York Community House)

The is so excited to be hosting their newly revised Confidence Building Program at North York Community House and welcomes girls + non-binary youth ages 8-14 to join their interactive six-week confidence and self-esteem building program FOR FREE! Work with empowering female leaders and mentors as we cover various topics including confidence building, self esteem, positive body image, media literacy, friendship, goal-setting and MORE in a fun group setting! Whether you come with a friend or leave making new ones, we promise this is a girls group you will want to be a part of.

• Thursday January 29 - 6:00 - 7:30pm EST
• Thursday February 5 - 6:00 - 7:30pm EST
• Thursday February 12 - 6:00 - 7:30pm EST
• Thursday February 19 - 6:00 - 7:30pm EST
• Thursday February 26 - 6:00 - 7:30pm EST
• Thursday March 5 - 6:00 - 7:30pm EST
  

Activities include making dream boards, creating affirmation bracelets, having open discussions on positive body image, and making new friends in a safe and inspiring space. This program is open to particpants who identify as female or are non-binary, between the ages of 8-14.

BeaYOUtiful Foundation is a Canadian Charity, and will be providing our Winter Confidence Programs for free.
