Stretch and Restore

Welcome to Stretch and Restore!
Come join us for a rejuvenating session of stretching and relaxation at 509 Bloor St W. This in-person event is designed to help you unwind, destress, and recharge your body and mind.

During this session, you’ll be guided through gentle stretches and restorative poses that release tension and improve flexibility. We also incorporate restorative assisted stretching — a supportive practice where a facilitator uses light touch to help you safely deepen into stretches, allowing your body to fully relax and let go. Participants should be comfortable with this type of touch in order to benefit from the experience.

To help us create the best possible environment, you’ll be asked to fill out a short survey about your comfort levels and physical needs before the session begins.

Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this class is suitable for all levels.

So grab your yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing, and get ready to stretch and restore with us. See you there!
