Sound Bath to Awaken Your Light with The SoundBody Collective

As the longest night of the year approaches, this special solstice sound bath offers a space to dream deeply, get cozy in community, and bring your light into embodied consciousness.

The SoundBody Collective is comprised of three experienced sound therapy practitioners. Together, they will create a layered therapeutic soundscape designed to help you reflect on the year that has passed and gently welcome what wants to emerge in the new year.

Using quartz crystal bowls, shruti box, didgeridoo, chimes, other sound healing instruments, and the power of voice, we will help you settle the nervous system and reconnect with your inner vision.

Accessibility notice: Taking one flight of stairs is required to access the studio. There is no elevator in the building

No entry after 8:15 pm: Doors will be locked
