Let's land softly into the holidays together. We'll discuss how to navigate cultural expectations, family and the busyness of the holiday season. Together, we move mindfully and ease into rest. This is A SOFT PLACE TO LAND. ☁️
This 3-hour workshop includes:

💛 🌈 Wellness Sessions are reserved for people who identify as Asian (LGBTQ+ are welcome!)

About Valerie Tiu, Founder & Curator of SOFT LANDINGS:
Valerie Tiu (she/her) is a Yoga Teacher, Movement Instructor and Meditation Guide. Sometimes spicy, sometimes soft, Val’s classes blend intensity with gentleness, inviting students to explore and find joy in their movement. She offers mindful practices with a focus on creating more accessible wellness spaces for people of colour and marginalized groups. Val is a lululemon Ambassador, Founder & Curator of Soft Landings, proud Filipino and settler in Tkaranto.

About Therese Hadfield, Sound Meditation Facilitator:
Therese has a love for all things sound, deep listening and meditation. She is a sound meditation practioner and has completed her certification under Kiko from Kiko Sounds. She is endlessly curious about the meditation and healing aspects of sound. She ensures to create a space for those to feel safe and to feel in tune with themselves as they go on a sonic journey.
Throughout the sound bath, a variety of instruments will be played as we enter into the dream realm. Experience the magic of crystal singing bowls, the deep tones of the chau gong and other sounds to bring us through 50 minutes of deep relaxation.
