About the Presenter:
John Pearson
John is the Principal of Pearson Consulting, specializing in construction delay expertise since 1993. He advises contractors, owners, subcontractors, and design professionals on troubled projects, project control, and large construction initiatives. His expertise includes contract, cost, schedule, and productivity analysis, and he has authored numerous claims and expert reports across sectors like industrial, civil, transport, and commercial projects. Court-qualified in Ontario, he provides expert opinions on delays, project management, costs, and damages, testifying under AAA and COC rules in Ontario, New York, and Michigan. He also offers expert support in mediations to resolve construction disputes.
