Self-Love + Confidence Building Workshop

Hello TORONTO! BeaYOUtiful is back this February for a fun and interactive workshop!

Join us for an inspiring afternoon designed to cultivate happiness, form connections, and celebrate our uniqueness! This workshop is a dedicated space for girls to build confidence, celebrate self-esteem, and learn the practice of self-love this new year.

Guided by our amazing team and inspiring volunteer mentors, you'll discover the joy of treating yourself with kindness and building self-worth. Through interactive activities, motivating group discussions, and creative expression, participants will unlock tools to fuel their journey toward self-love.

This workshop is perfect for girls and non-binary youth ages 9-12 who are ready to form friendships and practice tools that will boost confidence!
