About the Workshop:
Learn to swing dance to the high energy, toe tappin' tunes from the 1950s. This workshop is also great for Lindy Hop dancers interested in adapting their skills to rock 'n' roll music.
No dance experience required though some partner dancing experience is definitely an asset. Experienced dancers will have the opportunity to work on both leading and following in the workshop.
This workshop will have different material from previous Rock 'n' Roll Swing Workshops and Classes taught by Vicky.
About the Teacher: Vicky Yeung
During her stint as a teacher, coach and competitor at PortOSwing Ecole de Danse in Quebec City, Vicky added Rockabilly Jive to her repertoire. It quickly became one of her favorite swing dances. She is excited to bring this wonderful dance to Toronto.

About the Venue
La Plaza is the downstairs bar at Dovercourt House. Great vibe, a spacious good dance floor, and good things to eat at very reasonable prices.
Enter La Plaza by going down the steps on the north side of the front landing of Dovercourt House.
