“Perfect 10 for Toys” honours you - the people who have been a perfect ten and instrumental in my blood cancer journey. We are two weeks away ... Monday, October 20th 6-10pm from celebrating once again at the fabulous boutique Bisha Hotel's Sky Suite on the 43rd floor.
As a blood cancer (MDS) survivor and recipient of a stem cell transplant — I don't have to be reminded of how blessed I am that you are all in my life. Since my diagnosis in 2014, I have been on a mission to raise awareness for stem cell registration (especially among ethnic minorities) and funds through my annual fundraiser in support of the following charities: The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada, Canadian Blood Services, SickKids and Princess Margaret Hospital.
Come celebrate like toddlers and bring toy gifts for me as a 10-year-old - which in turn are given to the hospitals. Come for the amazing food, adult beverages, games, music, raffle, silent auction and special guests. Our silent auction includes concert tickets, golf 4somes, Leaf tickets, signed jerseys, theatre tickets, jewelry, attractions and so much more. If you're 17-35, come swab your cheeks at CBS' table and be part of the stem cell registry to save a life!
