Newborn 101 Let’s turn that fear into excitement!

If you have no experience with newborns but are expecting one of your own, this can be an intimidating time. But it doesn’t have to be! This 4.5 hour class gets down to the basics of getting to know your baby, and living life as a new parent.

In this class, you will learn:

• When to worry (and when not to worry!)
• Newborn behaviours and common concerns
• When and how to reach out for help

• FInding your groove as a parent

There is no READY but there is confident, empowered, and excited.

Please join us in your third trimester, before you meet your baby. Classes are small and hands-on, taught at Dolina in Parkdale by a doula with over a decade of experience working with new parents.
