This seminar discusses the latest research on the relationship between stress and lifestyle factors such as exercise, social engagement, healthy eating, stress management, and good-quality sleep, and their impact on cognitive health and healthy aging.
Learn practical tips for incorporating these recommendations into daily life. The session also includes time for group discussion and a Q&A with Dr. D’Amico, an expert in brain health, stress, and aging.
Dr. Danielle D’Amico holds a PhD in Psychological Science. Her work focuses on how lifestyle and stress influence brain health and healthy aging.
This free, in-person event is part of Toronto Public Library’s  initiative.
