This seminar will discuss the latest research on the relationship between stress, lifestyle (such as exercise, social engagement, eating well, managing stress, and getting good quality sleep), and cognitive health to improve quality of life and facilitate healthy aging. Tips and tricks for incorporating recommendations into the daily life will be discussed and there will be time for group discussion and a Q&A period with the speaker, Danielle D'Amico.
Danielle D'Amico is a postdoctoral fellow at the Rotman Research Institute at the Baycrest Academy for Research and Education and a trainee affiliate of the Canadian Consortium on Neurodegeneration in Aging.
