Live Strudel Class

I’m so happy to announce that our Stretched Strudel ⬅️and Crackling Scones⬅️ LIVE baking class is coming back to Toronto on Friday, December 5th, at 10 a.m.

Together with Budapest Restaurant, we’ve planned a truly heartwarming experience filled with laughter, the scent of freshly baked pastry, and the spirit of Hungarian hospitality. Whether you join the morning or afternoon class, you’ll spend a lovely time learning how to prepare two beloved Hungarian classics — stretched strudel and crackling scones. Don’t worry, I’ll guide you through every step, including how to stretch the dough thin and elegant, just like we do back home. 😉

To make the day even cozier, we’ll enjoy a warm bowl of Goulash Soup 🥣, along with coffee and water. After baking, we’ll sit down together to taste our creations, share stories, and enjoy the comfort of good company and homemade pastries. ❤️
