Toronto was one of the first four cities designated as a Bird Friendly City by Nature Canada in 2021, but what does that mean, and what can we do to help birds thrive in our beautiful city? In this presentation, learn how Torontonians can help mitigate threats to birds and how Toronto's location on Lake Ontario is part of an important bird migratory route.
Presented by Bird Friendly City Toronto, a volunteer-led environmental organization dedicated to making our beautiful city a safer and better place for birds through habitat protection, threat reduction, and educational resources.
Drop-in. Registration not required.
