Join us for a Kambo Group Ceremony, supported by the Amazonian allies Sananga and Rapé, to release old cycles, clear stagnant energy, and prepare your spirit for the return of the light.

After the ceremony, we gather for integration, sharing insights and anchoring the lessons so that you can carry this renewed energy into the Solstice and the winter season ahead.

To honor the process fully, participants will receive guidance on how to prepare for the ceremony, ensuring an optimal experience. Afterward, an integration session will provide a space for reflection, shared insights, and continued support.

• Yoga Mat / Pillows, Blanket. There are some yoga mats in the studio if you forget.
• 3L of Water | 2 Litres for ceremony & 1Litres for post ceremony
• Journal | Altar Items if you have any

• Potluck items - One nutritious dish to share and to replenish your bodies with before departure.

Post-ceremony, a facilitated integration session offers a space for sharing insights and supporting one another on their ongoing healing journey.
