Join Ora Goldin, founder of Living Rhythm and Embodiment Coaching & Sound Integration, for a unique, immersive experience.

This is an embodied journey through the wisdom of the four elements – Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. Using rhythm, movement, and somatic practices, we’ll explore how each element offers a different lens, quality, and way of being.

Bring a challenge, a decision, or simply an area of life where you’re seeking clarity or fresh perspective.

This process isn’t about forcing answers.
It’s about listening to the body, opening to creativity, and allowing insight to emerge naturally.

Through a dynamic “body-storming” process ( aka brain storming ), you’ll move through each element, experiencing its unique energy and guidance. We’ll then take some time to share and integrate the experience and any insight that may have emerged.
