Already confident with the basics of handstands and ready for more?
This intermediate+ handstand session is designed for athletes who want to get beyond the wall, and start building the strength, flexibility and control to conquer bigger skills — like free-balance holds, HSPU and walking.
**IMPORTANT** Prerequisites to attend: 30s+ Wall-facing handstand (stacked/close to wall), 30s+ open hollow body hold, basic confidence 'falling' off wall, cartwheels and kick up attempts on the floor

In this session, you'll:
- Gain understanding of the strength, flexibility and control required to take your handstand off the wall and tackle free-balance handstands, handstand walking and strict HSPU
- Learn kick-up techniques and explore drills that help you dig into what you need most (i.e. line work vs. endurance vs. strength building) to balance longer or walk further
