Hands-On in the Don with Earth Rangers!

Meet Up Location: 11 Redway Road (Loblaw’s/Crothers Woods Parking Lot)

Looking for something awesome to do on your day off? Join Earth Rangers and Don't Mess With the Don for a fun, hands-on teen event where you can help protect the planet (and earn volunteer hours while you’re at it)!

You'll be removing invasive plants, digging up root systems, planting native trees and shrubs, and seeding gardens to help pollinators thrive next spring. Come get your hands dirty, meet cool people who care about the environment, enjoy a free BBQ lunch, and hang out with Earth Rangers’ amazing Animal Ambassadors!

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

• BBQ lunch, snacks, and refreshments will be provided.
• Event will proceed rain or shine. This event will be outdoors – please dress for the weather and wear appropriate shoes. Sunscreen and bug spray are also recommended.
• We recommend doing a tick check after your visit, just to be safe!
• Parking and restrooms (Loblaw's) are available onsite.
• Pictures will be taken at this event; photo release forms will be available to sign upon arrival.
• No pets allowed.
