We begin with a nourishing Tea Circle, sipping our signature Restore Goddess hormone-balancing tea, specially curated for this gathering. This opening circle is a space to connect, share, and learn alongside trusted wellness professionals centred on women’s health, honouring the challenges, changes, and evolutions we move through at every stage.

You’ll hear insights from Concetta, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist; Dr. Quinn, Naturopathic Doctor; and Nurse Kandi, who will share education around IV nutrient therapy and how targeted support can enhance energy, mood, and hormonal balance.

From there, settle into guided breathwork led by Rita Savoia, the Breathwork Barista, offering powerful techniques—and take-home tools—to help you breathe through life’s transitions with calm and confidence. The experience coupled with contrast therapy, moving between sauna and cold plunge to regulate the nervous system, restore balance, and support hormonal health.
