Join Yael for an evening of breath, sound, and soul connection as we gather under the illuminating energy of the Full Moon.

The full moon invites us to release what no longer serves us, reconnect with our emotional truth, and create space for what we want to call in.

Together, we will:

🌕 Be guided through a transformative breathwork journey

🌕 Bathe in healing vibrations through sound

🌕 Nourish our nervous systems and open to heartfelt connection

Whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional release, or simply a night of soulful community, this ceremony offers a space to be held.

What to bring:

• A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on

• A cozy blanket and/or pillow

• Water bottle

• Comfortable, loose clothing and an open heart
