COLLECTIVE BREATHWORK + SOUND BATH

Join us for a nourishing evening of breathwork and sound healing inside , where art and design come together to create a calming, atmospheric space for deep restoration. This 90-minute collective session blends guided breathwork with the soothing resonance of Xavier's sound bowls - an immersive experience designed to ground your energy, soften the body, and clear the mind.

Whether you’re reconnecting with familiar faces or joining for the first time, this evening offers a warm and welcoming space to unwind, reset, and tap into your inner clarity.

Time: 7:00 – 8:30 PM
Where: Arterial Gallery (451 Adelaide St W, in the laneway off Morrison St)
Led by: Breathwork Facilitator
Sound Healing by:

• Your own yoga mat
• Comfortable, breathable clothing
• A blanket or sweater for deeper relaxation
• Water bottle
• Optional: pillow or cushion for added support

• Eat a light meal or snack at least an hour before
• Hydrate throughout the day
• Avoid heavy meals right beforehand for comfort

• Drink plenty of water to rehydrate
• Have a light snack if needed
• Take a few quiet moments before heading back into your evening

• Chairs are available for those who prefer an upright seated option.
• The gallery lighting will be soft and ambient to support a deeply calming evening experience.
