Join us for the grand finale of the Incubator Showcase series of 2024 and Small World’s Halloween party! This double-bill features Emad Saedi and Aaleem Mohammed, bringing fresh sounds and new artistic perspectives to grace the city’s music scene. Get ready for a night of rhythm, energy, and Halloween spirit! Costumes are also welcome!

Emad Saedi

Through a live electronic music performance that fuses cinematic storytelling with dance and techno grooves, Emad Saedi presents his album “Glowing Night”, an experience that creates a deeply immersive and emotional experience. Performed by composer and produced by Emad, the show brings to life his personal journey through love, healing from trauma and anxiety, and breaking free from social pressures. Each track is a chapter in a larger narrative, an introspective, movement-driven experience that guides the audience through moments of reflection, release, and transformation. The music blends melodic techno, sophisticated sound design, and groovy rhythms to craft a soundscape that is both intimate and expansive.

Emad Saedi is an Iranian pianist, composer, producer and DJ based in Toronto. Blending his classical training with cinematic storytelling, he creates immersive, colorful, genre-defying soundscapes that take the listener on a one-of-a-kind journey. His upcoming album Glowing Night (electronic/dance) is a deeply personal journey through healing, and mental wellness—crafted with emotive melodies, dance rhythms, and euphoric sounds. With a background in adaptive music, sound design, and scoring for podcasts and film, Emad’s music bridges introspection and movement, inviting listeners to connect, reflect, and evolve.

From raw, punky hip-hop energy to deep spiritual reflection and joyful, community-driven jams, Aaleem invites the audience into every facet of his musical world. Through powerful storytelling, immersive visuals, and layered soundscapes, he weaves a journey of healing, resilience, and triumph — a multidimensional experience that uplifts, unites, and ignites.

AaleemRM is a fusion artist consistently weaving Hip-Hop, Rock and Reggae into a smorgasbord of sounds which resonate across ages and backgrounds. Influenced by the cultural and socio-economic milieu of Toronto, AaleemRM embraced art and music in his early years. As his musical tastes and interests grew he sought out to create messages of love, resistance and change. Currently AaleemRM expresses a unique style for the eclectic musical palette, and through each track he conveys our collective global heartbeat.
